BraufactuM Progusta IPA Growlers!!! (7/5)
Believe it or not, there are some really exciting new breweries opening up in Germany.  As a brewing country they are usually known for traditional lager styles and wheat beers.  However, there is growing demand for American styled IPAs using boisterous and bold American hop varieties. This Tuesday (7/5) we will be tapping our keg of Progusta IPA from BraufactuM for growler fills @ 5pm!!! Citra hops used in the boil and dry-hopping accompany German grown Magnum and Hallertauer Mittelfruh for balanced bitterness. We’re excited to have gotten one of the few kegs available  and we can’t wait see you with your empty growlers!

Massican Birra Bianca Growlers!!! (6/28)

Massican Birra Bianca Growlers!!! (6/28)
This week we are featuring a very special keg that represents a wine maker’s foray into the world of beer!  Massican is best know for producing European styled white wines in the Napa Valley. They also really like beer!  Tomorrow (6/28) we will tap our keg of Birra Bianca for growler fills @ 5pm!!!  Birra Bianca is a Belgian inspired golden spiced ale that has been aged in the used white wine barrels from Massican.  The resulting oak character is very well balanced and integrated into the  flavor and aroma of the beer. Think soft, toasty barrel notes with mineral and white fruit accents. Most of this beer is being sold in California, and we are thrilled to have it!!!
