Who is Eric anyway?  He is one of the big players, sour-wise, at New Belgium!  Eric Salazar, along with his wife Lauren, do many fantastic things such as blending soured beers with non-soured, along with exotic fruits. They also maintain the massive wood cellar at NB.  Eric's Ale is a blend of wood-aged-sour (Felix) that has been married with a blonde, sweeter base beer and peaches to create a complex and deftly tart masterpiece! This Lips of Faith release is not necessarily sent out into the world every year, don't miss out on this opportunity! Tomorrow, Tuesday (7/7) we will tap our keg for growler fills and have bottles of Eric's Ale for sale starting @5pm!!!
