New Belgium Le Terroir Growlers!!! (9/29)
This Tuesday (9/29) our keg of New Belgium Le Terroir Dry-hopped Sour Ale goes on tap for growler fills @5pm!!! This fantastic golden sour ale is the brain child of Lauren Salazar, the Master of New Belgium’s wood cellar.  She blends beers that have been souring and aging from different foeders in the “forest,” of the cellar in Ft. Collins.  After approximately  3 years  aging the beer is then dry-hopped with Amarillo and Galaxy hops.  Dry-hopping is the method of adding hops to a beer after fermentation has completed.  This imparts no bitterness but, in this case, a bright and fruity aroma! Le Terroir is a fantastic experience and if you’re a sour fan, you’ll want to get down the store tomorrow!
