Cooper’s Vintage Ale Growlers!!! (10/13)/Edmund’s Oast Beer School!! (10/21)

Cooper’s Vintage Ale Growlers!!! (10/13)
This is the first time we have ever had Cooper’s Vintage Ale on draught!!!  Cooper’s, one of the few Australian breweries that sends beer to the USA, is typically known for producing beers that nod to the British brewing tradition.  Their Vintage Ale is inspired by the Old Ale family, a deep cooper colored and powerful beer that can be enjoyed fresh or aged.  Our keg is a recent brew (believe it or not a rare thing for this beer) and at it’s age should show off the unique hop character that varies in the recipe from year to year.  Melba, Ella, and Vic Secret hop varietals make up the bulk of aroma and character hops.  These are all newer varieties that play very well with the deep amber malty elements that add structure and balance. We tap this beer this Tuesday (10/13) @ 5pm!!!

Edmund’s Oast Beer School!!! (10/21)
