Westbrook Kohatu/Mosaic/Galaxy IPA Growlers (3/22)
IPA is by far one of the most popular and sought after styles of beer at CBX. Our friends over at Westbrook Brewing Company have a knack for putting together delicious IPA recipes and they outdid themselves with yet another new brew! Kicking off an exclusive draft-only IPA series is their new Kohatu/Mosaic/Galaxy IPA (7% abv) that features a marriage of hop varietals that have their origins in New Zealand, Australia, and America! Kohatu hops give expressions of tropical fruit & pine, while Mosaic has complex characteristic notes reminiscent of crushed blueberries, and Galaxy hops are notoriously juicy with stone fruit and tropical fruit aromas!
We will tap our only keg of this limited IPA tomorrow (3/22) at 5pm, and we will fill growlers of all sizes with no limits until the beer runs out! See you tomorrow!
