Hello all you craft beer lovers!
Rare Beer Tuesday (4/27)
This Tuesday at 5pm we’ll be tapping a very special Bourbon-Oak-Aged CASK (firkin) of Terrapin Side Project 10: Capt’n Krunkles Black IPA for growler fills! There is no other mention of this beer on any of the beer websites, so it is obviously extremely rare and possibly a one-off cask! Come on down and get a growler of it! If you are not familiar, real cask ale is beer in its purest form: keg conditioned without force carbonation, filtering or processing. We tap it with a spigot and let gravity do its work. The flavors, aromas and texture are especially beautiful and unique. It is highly perishable and must be consumed the same day so plan accordingly! These growlers will be limited, first come-first serve so don’t miss out!
Carolina’s St. Bernardus Beer Dinner (4/28)
Please join us this Wednesday evening at Carolina’s for a 5 course dinner that will feature the world class Belgian Ales of St. Bernardus! Featured beers will be the Wit, Pater 6, Prior 8, Tripel, and Abt 12. It is rare to even see all 5 of these beers in one place, let alone to be able to drink all of them paired with Chef Bacon’s luxurious food! This is not to be missed! Please call Carolina’s at (843)724-3800 with any questions and to reserve your seats!
