Double Randall All The Way (It’s Full On)

We have a special Dogfish Head event tomorrow evening during what would normally be our "Rare Beer Tuesday" time slot and we hope you can join us!

Dogfish Double Randall with Claus Hagelman (11/16)
Please join us from 4:30 to 6pm tomorrow (Tuesday 11/16) as we host Claus Hagelman of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery for the debut of Randall 3.0.  If you aren’t familiar with this device, it is a unique piece of equipment that allows you to dispense draft beer through additional ingredients to impart special flavors in the beer.  One can put almost anything into the Randall- from mild (like whole hops) to wild (the sky is the limit).  We’ll have not one but two Randalls running at CBX for limited growler sales and tastings:

The first option is Dogfish Head Chicory Stout "Randallized" through Charleston Coffee Roasters Whole Bean Espresso Dark French Roast Coffee!

The second requires you to read this disclaimer:

**Disclaimer: Before you accuse us of being out of line, please note that all Randall ingredients for this event were specifically requested by Dogfish Head.**

Okay, that out of the way, our second Randall option will be Dogfish Head Festina Peche through dried apricots and Sour Patch Kids.  Yep, you read that right.

Rare Bomber Thursday (11/18)
Our "Rare Bomber Thursday" feature this week will be from the Short Batch Series of our friends at Smuttynose.  The beer is called Smuttaroni and it is brewed with wild rice in the grain bill!  The base is a hoppy pale that uses pilsner, wheat and caramel malts along with Sterling hops.  At 5.5% ABV, this beer is fun, refreshing and easy drinking.  An unusual treat not to be missed!  On sale in 22oz counter-pressure filled, bomber-style growlers starting Thursday at 5pm.

Ted’s Butcherblock "Bourbon Beer Dinner" (11/18)
After picking up your Rare Bombers, please join us at Ted’s Butcherblock for an evening of great food, great beer and a Bourbon theme!  For more info and menu please visit TedsButcherblock.com or call them at (843) 577-0094.  Reservations required!
